went out today aft sch.. ian, brandon, barney, choy, ashley n me.. went to ian's house 1st.. play, change, then left for cine.. mr bean at 3.05.. took a cab down.. ashley paid for us.. choy n me.. just in time..3.05 bought food then went in.. all separted seats..lol sat wif barney..choy sat wif ian then brandon n ashley sat alone..haha not so nice lah the show.. the onli nice part was when he was begging for money..lol wanted to watch tmnt or the messenger aft tt.. but barney couldnt watch.. then ian didnt want to watch..haha so went to play lan.. 3 hours leh..lol my longest dota match played ever..haha but 1st played cs..then fifa wif brandon.. won both matches..5-6 n 3-0 dota kena owed by choy.. but i best in my team.. -.-' dinner at burger king then home.. wanted to take a cab bak.. cos lazy to walk to da mrt.. ashley wanted to share cab..cos on the way.. then ian needed to go to hospital cos of his grandpa.. 3 of us waited for cab..flagged 3..but all on call or sth.. so i was like cant wait already lah.. so walked to mrt in the rain.. then walked home.. polished for tml's parade.. then my mum told me to read abt my knee prob..

Osgood-Schlatter Disease the condition typically happens to guys between ages 13 and 14 and girls between the ages of 10 and 11. Osgood-Schlatter disease is an overuse injury of the knee. Frequent use and physical stree cause inflammation(pain and swelling) at the point where the tendon from the kneecap(called the patella) attaches to the shinbone. Because the area is stressed by frequent use, it often leads to inflammation or even tiny fracture of the shin bone. The pain usually worsens with exercise, jumping and sports. In some people, both knees are affected. The only good news is that OSD usually goes away on its own after the growth spurt has ended..
